NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ACCEPTED. Also Due to COVID19 returns/exchanges are not accepted once the item has shipped or any point thereafter. Submission of your order with payment , states to that you have read the policies and acknowledge and understand the terms. Failure to read the policies is at the fault of the customer and not The melt Goddess Collection. Policies of no returns or exchanges will be upheld.
It is the customer's responsibility to contact The Melt Goddess Customer service department via email TheMeltGoddess@gmail.com, within 24 hours upon receiving the product to discuss any concerns with the product that MAY result in the need of a refund.

The Melt Goddess Special Conditions Refund:
Refunds are available under the discretion of The CEO of the melt Goddess.. In order to receive a refund, The melt Goddess has to have had communication with the customer to discuss the problems and at that moment to determine if a refund is applicable
if an refund OR exchange is given, ALL of the following conditions MUST be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged, This includes not being tampered/altered ex: (not limited to) finger combing hair, washed, or worn, colored etc.
- Hair must be in the same state as it was received.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required... NO EXCEPTIONS!!
If the listed conditions are not met, The melt Goddess reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Once Packages are dropped off at the post office, The company no longer has control, please contact mail carrier for full details once tracking numbers are received.
RETURNS
To initiate a return that is allowed by The Melt Goddess, please contact customer service by e-mail at TheMeltGoddess@gmail.com. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping. AGAIN ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

Cancellations
Cancellations of orders placed are to be made within 24 hours of original purchase time. Anytime outside of this time frame, will result in a 15% fee of order charges..
This does not include shipping costs, which are NOT REFUNDED to the customer at any time.
Shipping/Handling
Processing period of 2-6 business days, not including the day order was placed.
Shipping time of 2-3 business days. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping/billing addresses are correct. The Melt Goddess is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to this issue.
The Melt Goddess will keep customers notified of processing and shipping throughout the process of their orders.
Shall there be any problems during this time (address issues, products, timing) the customer will be notified via email.
Once your Order has been shipped, The Melt Goddess will provide customer with tracking information. We are not responsible for any delays made by the USPS for delivery of your packages, as it is 100% out of our company's control.
Ordering

Once orders are placed, customer will receive order confirmations via email and SMS.
PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT, INCLUDING EMAIL!
Shall there be any mistakes in order, it is the customers responsibility to contact customer service to make changes. Once changes are made the customer will be provided an updated confirmation via email.

Payments
Codes: codes and coupons can not at any time be put on an order after it has been submitted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the code is entered on the order prior to submission. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Payment types that are accepted are: Cash, All major debit cards and cash app.
WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SHARE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH ANYONE.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THEY HAVE READ COMPANY POLICIES UPON PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS.
